Our city lives per square feet. A design generously inspired by the thirst for a contemporary youthful building, making life in our city a little more desirable?

Bangalore city is thirsty for space and greenery. Can an apartment contribute to this need?  We took this up as a challenge to create an apartment commune that will introduce a green environment and invite healthy living into a dense neighborhood. The design has been driven by creating spacious volumes together with compact and efficient planning, combining nature and light.

What looks like a single building on the outside is infact a cluster of units, each revolving around the other in the search for light, spaciousness and privacy. Illustrated in different colours, apartment units; Rust, Olive, Ochre, Sage, Madder & Indigo are stacked in a way to ensure that everyone has access to the front facade and each have a vast double height space within.

The design process started by asking ourselves a few questions, Can all six apartments enjoy good sunlight, and preferably the front view? Can openness rhyme with privacy? Compactness with spaciousness ? Can we create unique and unexpected volumes as a shift away from the apartment boxes we all know too well? Can we make apartment life desirable and playful?
